Understanding sSpec Numbers
Information in this tool is organized based on each processor's individual sSpec Number. An sSpec Number can be thought of as a specific sku, or version of a processor with its own set of characteristics such as Core Speed, Core Voltage, L2 Cache Size, etc.

What If You Don't Know Your sSpec Number?
If you know your processor's Core Speed, Bus Speed, and or Package Type you should still be able to find technical spec information on your processor. By using the tool's filters you can narrow down your query results to only a few sSpec Numbers, and then determine which one is yours. See the Using Filters guide for more information.

How To Use The Tool
Once you have selected your IntelĀ® processor, either by using the filter on the main page or by coming from another web site, you will see a list of valid sSpec Numbers. You may either select your sSpec Number from this list, or reset the filters and click the Filter On Selections button. This will give you a list of all valid sSpec Numbers that match the criteria of your filter settings. To view technical spec information, click on the desired sSpec Number. This will bring you to the details page. The tool will then display the technical spec information for that sSpec Number. If the sSpec Number is no longer being shipped by Intel as a desktop processor, a message will appear on the page stating that it is no longer shipping.
